Lavender Pork Tenderloin
Serves 4-6
Prep time: 5 minutes Marinate time: 30 mins Cook time: 20-60 minutes
1 1/2 pounds Pork Tenderloin; silver membrane removed
¼ cup cooking oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons Lavender spice Blend
Salt and pepper to taste
- In a zip top bag or large bowl, combine all ingredients, massaging spices into your choice of protein. Marinate in the refrigerator for as little as 30 minutes or up to 24 hours if preparing in advance.
- Choose your cooking method: Stove top in a heavy bottomed pan over medium heat, in a 325° oven, or on the outdoor grill until fully cooked through.
Variations: This recipe works just as well for Pork Loin or Pork Chops.
